With gas prices so high, being frugal and finding savings in other areas is more and more important. We often shop at Target for savings on things we buy every day, and this week thru July 12 Target has pet products on sale including pet food, Fresh Step cat litter, and more.

A 23 lb. container of Fresh Step is normally up to $15 at pet specialty stores, and is regularly $11.79 at Target, but this week they have a bonus container with 5 free extra lbs. (28 lbs. total) on sale for only $9.99. Including 8.05% AZ sales tax, instead of paying 56 cents per pound at Target, with this deal it's only 39 cents per pound, for savings of a whopping 29%!

They also put common household products on sale each week. Right now they have Colgate toothpaste on sale for $2.50, and 12-pk Coke products on sale for 5 for $15.
